Series Of Car Burglaries Reported In Union City

 
 
Union City, Tenn.—The Union City Police have issued a warning to the public to remember to lock your car doors.
 
Several car burglaries have been reported in the area of Stonewall, Armstrong, Polk and Wildwood Cove. The dates of the thefts have ranged between Sunday, July 8, and Tuesday, July 10.
 
According to the police, the suspect is entering unlocked vehicles and removing belongings.
 
“We would like to remind everyone to lock their car doors and not keep things of value in our vehicles,” according to the press release. “If you have video surveillance on your home in these areas please check your cameras between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. on both dates.”
