Union City, Tenn.–A Troy man was indicted on rape charges involving a child by the Obion County Grand Jury.
Indicted was Andrew Parker, age 30, charged with rape of a child less than 13 years old and aggravated sexual battery.
The indictment states that Parker unlawfully and intentionally had sex with a child between April and July of 2017; and had unlawful sexual contact with the child during January of 2018.
Bond of $75,000 was set.
