Camden, Tenn.–Benton County Sheriff Kenny Christoper and Chief Deputy Mike Lockhart were busy Thursday, making the rounds of homes of sex offenders to ensure they were in compliance with rules set for them. Deputies make home checks throughout the year but Halloween is a time of a lot of concern. Christopher said sex offenders cannot have candy for the kids, Halloween decorations, cannot dress as a fictional character, or do anything that may draw attention of trick or treaters. (Benton Co.
