Paris, Tenn.–There’s a new bakery in Paris with an experienced local baker at the helm. Market Street Baker held its official opening and ribbon-cutting Friday afternoon, just in time for the Christmas open houses in downtown Paris. New owner and chief baker is Wendy Wratten, who said, “If you can think it, I can make it.” She will be offering a large assortment of cakes, pies and other baked goods daily.
