Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man has been added to the TBI’s Most Wanted List.
Douglas Wayne Talley, age 51, is wanted by the Paris Police and the TBI on two charges of First Degree Murder, according to the TBI.
A reward of $2,500 is offered for information leading to the arrest.
According to the TBI, Talley is a 5’7″ black male, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
TBI Public Information Officer Keli McAlister has told Nashville media that Talley could be in the Nashville area.
