Paris, Tenn.–As it does every year, the Fraternal Order of Police Tennessee-Kentucky Lake Lodge 17 will be taking underprivileged children Christmas shopping. This year, officers will be taking 240 kids and the FOP is seeking donations to help make the project a success.
Paris Police officers, Henry County Sheriff’s deputies, the Henry County High School DECA and Criminal Justice classes, the county Rescue Squad and the Knights of Columbus will be volunteering their time in the project.
Each child will be allowed to spend $75 on Christmas presents and every child also will receive a stuffed animal of their choice, fruit, candy and breakfast.
All donations are welcome and accepted.
