McKenzie, Tenn.–A McKenzie man is being held on $225,000 bond in the Carroll County Jail after his arrest on charges of aggravated sexual battery, sexual contact by an authority figure, sexual exploitation of a minor and aggravated unlawful photographing of a minor.
Chad D. Isbell, age 53, of Cherry Street, was arrested by McKenzie Police on the charges involving a female child under the age of 10.
According to the police report, a video surfaced of Isbell inappropriately touching the girl who her mother recognized. Isbell is said to be a family friend.
Department of Children’s Services was called in on the situation.
