Martin, Tenn.– Two Henry County students attended the WestStar Leadership Program’s 2019 RisingStar Leadership Summit held recently at the University of Tennessee at Martin. RisingStar is a youth program for high school juniors and seniors designed to build leadership skills and personal confidence for students in West Tennessee.
