MARTIN, Tenn. – Several Obion County students have been awarded scholarships to attend the University of Tennessee at Martin for the 2020-2021 academic year, according to Dr. James Mantooth, executive director, Office of Enrollment Services and Student Engagement.
- Jett Allen, of Troy, son of Jeff and Michelle Allen, will be a freshman. He received the Chancellor’s Scholarship.
- Dylan Boyle, of Union City, son of Erik Boyle, will be a freshman. He received the Achieve Scholarship.
- Isaac Copeland, of Rives, son of Cindy Copeland, will be a freshman. He received the Deans Scholarship.
- Will Crawford, of Union City, son of Amy Crawford and Richard Crawford, will be a freshman. He received the Chancellor’s Scholarship.
- Jeremiah Fitzgerald, of Troy, son of David and Sherrie Fitzgerald, will be a freshman. He received the Deans Scholarship.
- Monserrat Guerrero, of Union City, daughter of Jaime and Maria Guerrero, will be a freshman. She received the Excellence Scholarship.
- Dalton Hall, of South Fulton, son of Tammy Hall, will be a freshman. He received the Deans Scholarship.
- Sara Hedgepath, of South Fulton, daughter of Cathy Hedgepath, will be a freshman. She received the Achieve Scholarship.
- Elizabeth Huggins, of Union City, daughter of Dan and Julie Huggins, will be a freshman. She received the Excellence Scholarship.
- Brandon Hutchison, of South Fulton, son of Richard and Shannon Hutchison, will be a freshman. He received the Achieve Scholarship.
- John David Kersey, of Troy, son of Wade Kersey and Wendy Kersey, will be a freshman. He received the Chancellor’s Scholarship.
- Macy Little, of Kenton, daughter of Greg and Kim Little, will be a freshman. She received the Excellence Scholarship.
- Abigail Potts, of South Fulton, daughter of Jonna Swindler and Gerald Potts, will be a freshman. She received the Deans Scholarship.
- Bradley Strain, of Troy, son of Christyna and Matthew Wilson and Bradley Strain Sr., will be a freshman. He received the Achieve Scholarship.
- Lillian Virden, of Union City, daughter of Letha and Jeremy Virden, will be a freshman. She received the Achieve Scholarship.
