Martin, Tenn.–At the Martin Police Department Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association Christmas Party several Martin PD employees were awarded special recognition. Martin Police Chief Don Teal named Officer Nick Combs Officer of the Year and Communications Officer Katelyn Edwards was named Employee of the Year. Later that evening, the Academy gave Officer Scott Diehl an award for Outstanding Service and Officer Grayson Whitworth won the “Dean Vowell” award.
