Paris, Tenn.–The first snowfall of the winter in our area was picture perfect, as you can see from this scene this morning in Whitehall Circle in Paris. Up to 1/2 inch of snow covered the grassy areas and rooftops, but not the roads. However, there still were slick spots on bridges and back roads. According to Lynn’s Weather Page, snow flurries to snow showers may still be possible this morning. The majestic structure in the photograph is the historic ‘White House’ that Whitehall Circle is named for. It presently is the residence of Dr. James Hudson and his family. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
