Paris, Tenn.—Three Henry Countians have been selected to receive Honorary State Degrees from the Tennessee FFA Association: Grove Ag Teacher Ryan Inman; Henry County Schools Career and Technical Education Director Betsy Allison and retired Henry County Farm Bureau Manager Emory Bradley.

The Honorary State FFA Degree is the highest honorary degree presented by the Tennessee FFA Organization.

They will receive their honorary degrees at the 92nd FFA State Convention March 29-April 1 in Gatlinburg. The award presentation is March 30.

Paris FFA Advisor Laura Moss said, “The expansion and success of our program is due to the diligence of supporters that see the necessity for a new generation of agriculture leaders. We are so proud of Ryan, Ms. Betsy and Mr. Emory for believing in our students and their potential.”

Chapter President Kara Barnhart said, “Being a Paris FFA member has been the highlight of my high school career and I know that Mr Inman, Mrs Allison and Mr Bradley have each played such an important role in making this experience possible. The chapter is excited that all three of them are being recognized for their role in making Henry County agriculture education so successful.”
