
Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Sheriff’s Office will be opening the county’s Tornado Storm Shelters tonight at 9 p.m.. Henry County Emergency Management Agency Director Ron Watkins said the National Weather Service is now saying severe weather is expected to come through the county between 10 p.m.and 1 a.m.
Continue to monitor weather closely.
Shelters opening at 9 include:
Inman Tornado Shelter- Paris
Lakewood School- Northeast
Harrelson School – Puryear
Henry Elementary- Henry
Residents using shelters should bring a folding chair, and charged cell phone.
