
Mayfield, Ky.–Several employees and residents at a Mayfield nursing home have tested positive for COVID-19.
In a press release, Mills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Administrator David Dietz said the residents and staff who tested positive are in stable condition and not exhibiting significant symptoms.
All areas of the building are being disinfected and staff wears protective equipment at all times. Dietz said the nursing home is working closely with the Graves County Health Department to follow regulations.
“Our staff are dedicated and committed to do everything they can to protect the health and safety of the residents. We are continuing to work diligently on infection prevention and are monitorin closely all staff and residents,” Dietz said.
