Paris, Tenn.–A 13-year-old juvenile was transported to Henry County Medical Center after he was struck on his bike Monday evening in Paris.
According to the Paris Police report released today, the boy was transported to HCMC by emergency ambulance with ‘suspected serious injury’. The juvenile is from Dexter, Ky., and his condition was not available.
The accident occurred at 6:44 p.m. and Investigating Officer was Ptl. David Beauvais.
According to the report, Angelia Ward, age 56, of Paris, was northbound on Dunlap Street when the boy rode in front of her car. She told officers she had no time to stop or avoid striking him. The accident occurred on Dunlap near Virginia St.
