Dover, Tenn.–Effective this morning, Dover Town Hall has re-opened for business.
The drive through, front lobby, Police and Public Works Department offices are now open. The only office not open is the drivers’ license office, which will open at a later date.
Officials said before the public enters, “We would ask you to tell us if you are sick or have been around anyone sick.”
