Martin, Tenn.–Steel beams on the second half of the new Martin Public Library under construction began going up today and lots of people have been watching the progress this morning. The Martin Public Library Foundation has raised $1,260,000 so far. The project still needs $240,000 committed by the end of the year, according to library board members.
