Union City, Tenn.–The Union City Splash Pad just opened last week and already a patron has been barred from the property.
Rosemarie Semiklose, age 61, of Union City, was arrested by Union City Police and charged with indecent exposure after reportedly exposing herself to other patrons, including children.
Officers responded to the Splash Pad Saturday on a report of a woman exposing herself to the people at the facility. Two witnesses said two other females had arrived at the Splash Pad and were acting out and they were asked by leave by multiple parents.
One of the females was mouthing back to parents and kids and then the older female walked by and exposed herself. Semiklose was issued a citation for indecent exposure and was barred from the property.
