Paris, Tenn.–Kevin Eric Dodd Jr. has been added to the TBI #MostWanted list.
He is wanted by the Paris Police Department and TBI on charges of Attempted Second Degree Murder, Reckless Endangerment, and Probation Violation. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
Dodd is a suspect in the shooting incident in downtown Paris Saturday afternoon on North Poplar Street in Paris. According to the police report, drivers of two cars shot multiple times at each other. The shots-fired incident occurred around 1 p.m. Saturday afternoon on N. Poplar Street near where members of the First Baptist Church were on the loading dock of the church, handing out commodities. One church member was reportedly nearly run over in the incident.
The driver of the other car was already arrested. He is Duke Ward, age 21, of Cottage Grove.
Kevin Eric Dodd is 28-years-old. He has black hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet tall and 210 lbs. He also has various tattoos, some of which are pictured.
