Paris, Tenn.–The first annual Toy Store has kicked off its first day of shopping at the Henry County School System’s Family Resource Center. Parents are able to come in and choose toys for their children free of charge on select days in December. Director Becky Holland said, “The event is for screened Henry County families who are not being served by any other agencies. We wanted to make sure that all children have a very Merry Christmas this year!” The Toy Store is sponsored by the Family Resource Center and The Shed and co-sponsored by the Tennessee Valley Community Church, Sulphur Well Church of Christ, and the Paris Board of Public Utilities.
