Paris, Tenn.–The lines have been extremely long today for the first day of the COVID-19 vaccine rollout by Henry County Medical Center in Paris. The drive-thru clinic was set to begin at 9 a.m., but many were in line two hours early and the lines of cars were backed up all the way down Mineral Wells Ave. to Kroger. In an effort to be transparent with the community and provide answers to the many
questions that have been asked on our social media sites over the past few weeks, the hospital will be holding a press conference at 3 p.m. today and it will be on Facebook Live on the HCMC Facebook page. The news conference will update the community on the first day of vaccination for COVID-19 as well as provide a state of the organization in its response to the pandemic locally.
