
Paris, Tenn.–Big donations are starting to come in to the 2021 Henry County Helping Hand auction.
An Alumnacraft boat and a paddle boat are two of the latest items to be donated and will be auctioned off to the highest bidders on the third live auction set for Jan 29th.
Other donations that have arrived this week: $6,000 donated by several individuals and Moon’s Jewelry; a $5,000 anonymous donation; and $1,250 from Foundation Bank employees.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Helping Hand will not be able to operate in its traditional live daily Radio Auction format, but will be taking donations and conducting online/virtual auctions through Feb. 5.
There are three ways for the public to donate to Helping Hand this year: donate to the special Helping Hand account at Commercial Bank and Trust; mail a check to Helping Hand, P.O. Box 22, Paris, Tenn.; and donate through the Venmo app.
The online auction firm Bid Last And Win is teaming up with Helping Hand for a series of four Online/Virtual Simulcast Auctions that will begin January 15.
Bidding for the first Auction will begin January 12 and convert to a Virtual Auction, where you can WATCH, LISTEN AND BID ONLINE from your Phone, Tablet, Computer or Smart Device/TV, at NOON on FRIDAY, January 15.
(Virtual Auction Dates are January 15, 22, 29 and February 5)
