It was an exciting night of basketball Monday evening as the Lakewood Lady Eagles defeated Stewart County in a double overtime contest 51 to 50. With the victory the Lakewood girls advance to take on Stewart County who defeated Camden on Monday evening to advance to the finals.
Boys contest continue this evening with Stewart Co. taking on Camden. WLZK 94.1 FM will be broadcasting that game at 5:30. The winner will take on the winner of the semi-final game between Houston Co. and Harrelson. Harrelson will travel to Houston Co. for that contest this evening.
Finals of the River Conference tournament will be Saturday with both games being broadcast on 94.1 FM WLZK the “Lake” here in Paris beginning at 1:30 pre-game.
