Union City, Tenn.–COVID-19 vaccinations will be distributed at the Obion County Fairgrounds this week.
The following is information from the Obion County Health Department.
Please follow the instructions to be eligible to be admitted to the Obion County fairgrounds for vaccination. Vaccines are given BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Only individuals who are a first responder, healthcare worker, people 75 years and older, school staff that has direct contact with K-12 students (lunch staff, teachers, bus drivers, janitorial staff, etc … no school board or strictly administrative/ in a separate building from students). People not in the Phases/ Tiers we are vaccinating in will not be contacted until their phase opens up, only then will they be able to sign up to the wait list.

– In the box under “one registration per person” put you name
– fill in the box or select an option for each of the following questions
-if the question does not pertain the user select “not applicable”
