Dover, Tenn.–The Stewart County Sheriff’s Office Drug Interdiction Team, both Deputies and K-9’s, completed training last week in Henry County.
All three K9 teams received updated certifications in narcotics from the National K-9 Narcotics School. The unit is ready to get back to work this week.
Sheriff Frankie Gray issued congratulations to Sgt. MacDonald, K-9 Harry, K-9 Handler Keatts,K-9 Stormy, K-9 Handler Page and K-9 Borys.
A week-long K9 training session was held at the Henry County Fairgrounds last week, sponsored by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
