Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man is in the Henry County Jail on charges of rape of a child and aggravated statutory rape.
Orlandis Webb, age 19, of 810 McCampbell St., is being held on $150,000 bond.
Paris Police Sgt. Jeff Smith said Webb has been charged with rape of a child under the age of 12.
