Union City, Tenn.–Twenty Union City Elementary School students — 10 each from both the third and fourth grades — were rewarded for exemplary behavior over the third nine weeks period of the 2020-21 school year with a recent trip to Discovery Park of America.
Recognized as “Discovery Kids” for their work ethic, kindness toward others and overall behavior, the group spent a day exploring the many features and interesting exhibits at DPA.
The group was accompanied by UCES guidance counselor Christina VanHooser and longtime Union City Schools employee Tammy Harris.
