Dover, Tenn.–Two new canines are being trained by the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office Pet Rehabilitation program so they will be ready for a loving home in the near future. The program received two new pets from the Stewart County Faithful Friends Animal Rescue: Bagsby and Spark, both males less than a year old. They will be going through a period of training with the inmates in the program, with a lot of human contact as well as love and attention from the inmates, to get them ready for a new loving home. The Sheriff’s Office will post on Facebook when they become available for adoption. In photo, Sheriff Frankie Gray looks like he’s ready to adopt one already.
