Paris, Tenn.–Elkhorn Road will be closed Monday,
April 5 th for culvert replacement. This closure will be
approximately one half mile northwest of Old Springville
Road. For motorist traveling from the Elkhorn
community, address 9495 will be the last accessible
address. For motorist traveling from the Springville
community, address 9740 will be the last accessible
address. The road will be open for late afternoon traffic.
