Union City, Tenn.–The 2020-21 Union City High School Band recently held its year-ending banquet, honoring several standout members of the Marching Golden Tornadoes.
Director of UC Bands Jason Deem presided over the ceremonies and handed out the following accolades:
John Phillip Sousa Award – Elizabeth Lattus
Arion Award – Kyle McCadney
2019-2020 Outstanding Musician Awards – Khali Brooks, Elizabeth Lattus, Megan Burney
2021 Color Guard Award – Avery Decker
2020-2021 Outstanding Musician Awards – Ella Palmer, Charley Frankum, Ella Virgin
