The University of Tennessee Extension and the Henry County Livestock Association have planned a Freezer Beef and Meat Cutting Meeting/Demonstration for Monday, June 14th. The meeting will begin at 6 pm and be held at the Henry County Fairgrounds Enoch Building in Paris, Tennessee. Topics will cover terminology, retail cuts, and a meat cutting demonstration of a whole sirloin. The Speaker will be Ronnie Cowan with the University of Florida IFAS in Okaloosa County.
