
Camden, Tenn.–A former Benton County Church of Christ pastor and volunteer assistant basketball coach is being held on $500,000 in the Benton County Jail on charges of aggravated sexual battery and statutory rape involving minors.
Josh Henley is the former pastor at the Church of Christ in Holladay and had served as a volunteer assistant basketball coach at the school in Holladay.
The charges against him include three counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and one count of aggravated sexual battery. The case against Henley is a multi-state investigation.
More charges may be pending against Henley.
Benton County and federal authorities are conducting a joint investigation on Henley, who now lives in Newburgh, Indiana, and is a youth minister there.
