Union City, Tenn.–Investigators with the Obion County Sheriff’s Office have recovered multiple stolen ATV’s last week and two Union City men have been arrested for the thefts.
The ATVs were found in a field off Bessie Glover Road near Woodland Mills area.
Russell Andrew Moore, age 18, and Cole Leslie Tucker, age 18, both of Union City, TN were charged following the recovery and booked in the Obion County Jail.
Moore was arrested on Thursday, June 24, 2021, and charged with five counts of Theft of Property Over $10,000 and two counts of Burglary.
Tucker was arrested on Monday, June 28, 2021, and charged with five counts of Theft of Property Over $10,000, one count of Theft of Property Over $2,500 and three counts of Burglary.
Both defendants appeared this morning during a preliminary hearing in Obion County General Sessions Court which led to both Tucker and Moore being released under the condition of House Arrest until their next schedule court appearance in General Sessions Court on Tuesday, August 10th, 2021.
