Hazel, Ky.–A Weakley County woman was charged with possession of meth in Calloway County, Ky.
On Friday, July 2, 2021 at approximately 11 p.m., Calloway County Sheriff’s Deputy J. Hayden stopped a vehicle on Highway 641 in Hazel for a traffic violation. During the stop, Deputy Hayden located a syringe believed to contain methamphetamine.
Michelle L. Schaefer, age 34, of Sharon, Tennessee was arrested and charged with First Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and various traffic related offenses. She was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
