
Dover, Tenn.–An Erin man is being held in the Stewart County Jail on bond of $112,500 after his arrest on charges stemming from the theft of weapons, property and a vehicle.
Investigator Lee Miller said it is believed that more individuals are involved with the burglary and deputies are still searching for other suspects and more of the property stolen.
Eric Michael Barrios, age 35, was found in possession of the stolen vehicle from a burglary on Preston Baggett Road. Chief Jason Gillespie found a subject in a vehicle at the Sportsman Market last week, in a vehicle which was stolen from a home on Preston Baggett Road.
Investigator Lee Miller of the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene and determined that weapons and property in the stolen vehicle were items taken from the burglary. Investigator Miller believes that more individuals are involved in this burglary and is still searching for other suspects as well as other property taken.
Among the items taken was Gold 2004 Buick LeSabre and a Kubota RTV 500 Camo in color. Anyone who has information on these vehicles or other suspects involved are asked to contact Investigator Lee Miller or the Stewart County Sheriff’s Office.
Barrios was charged with aggravated burglary, theft, vandalism and various drug charges.
