
Paris, Tenn.–In a case that stemmed from an incident that occurred in February 2021 in the parking lot of the Tennessee Center for Applied Technology in Paris, indictments have been issued against a Gleason teenager in the death of another student.
Indictments were issued against Anthony Lee, age 19, of Gleason, charging him with vehicular homicide, reckless homicide, and criminally negligent homicide.
According to a press release from the Paris Police Department, student Christopher Miller, age 19, of Big Rock, fell from the back of a truck being operated by Lee.
The indictments were issued as secret indictments last week by the Henry County Grand Jury. As of the time of the press release, Lee has not yet been taken into custody.
