
Paris, Tenn.–A fun and free event is planned for the Atkins-Porter Recreation Center and Dog Park on Friday evening that will feature a movie, dogs, games, giveaways, hot dogs and more. The event begins at 4 p.m. and will end around 9:30 p.m. after the movie showing.
The Henry County Prevention Coalition and partnering sponsors such as the Henry County Medical Center, the Henry County Sherriff’s Office, and the City of Paris Parks and Recreation department, present: “Prevention and Pets Outdoor Movie Night” Friday, July 23, 2021.
The event, which will take place rain or shine, will take place at the Atkins Porter Center and Dog Park, located at 301 South Highland Street, Paris, Tenn., beginning at 4 p.m., with a showing of “The Secret Life of Pets” to follow at dark.
Free hot dogs and snacks will be available while supplies last. Bring your own seating and your dogs too.
It is free to the public and will feature games, giveaways, Prescription Drug Take Back, Narcan Training, Distracted Driver Simulator and more.
This project is funded under a grant contract with the Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
