
Murray, Ky.–A Paris man was arrested on drug charges in Calloway County following an early-morning traffic stop.
On Friday, July 23, 2021 at approximately 2:30 a.m. Calloway County Deputy J. Hamm stopped a vehicle on Highway 121 South in the New Concord for a traffic related offense.
During the traffic stop, a container of suspected methamphetamine was located. Randall V. Carter, age 48, of Paris, Tennessee was arrested and charged with 1st Degree Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine). He was lodged in the Calloway County Jail.
