Paris, Tenn.–The Oakland Volunteer Fire Department is celebrating its 30th anniversary by holding an open house with free goodies and games for the community from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, August 14.
Fire officials said, “We are celebrating serving the Oakland community for the last 30 years!!” The Fire Department is located at 4435 Highway 69A.
They will have free food including hot dogs, cookies and drinks and fun activities for the kids.
The station will be open for you to browse the trucks and equipment. And they will even have some giveaways for the kiddies.
While donations are always appreciated, this is NOT a fundraiser.
