Paris, Tenn.–Dinah Winders of Paris was named the Scholar Athlete of the Week during Friday Night Rivals on MYTV30 out of Nashville last Friday evening during the Henry County – Beech televised football game.
Winders currently holds multiple athletic records at Henry County High School, is a two-sport athlete, and showcases strong academics with a 29 on her ACT, a 4.0 GPA, and a rigorous course schedule.
She was unable to attend the event on Friday evening, and District Athletic Director Mike Poteete presented her award this week at school.
