Dyersburg, Tenn.–Dyersburg Police are still seeking the suspect in an armed robbery at a local business and have released a surveillance photo of the suspect.
DPD officers responded to a call of an armed robbery around 10:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 2, at the Dollar General Store located at 801 E. Court Street.
Upon arrival the officers were met by two Dollar General employees.
The store employees told the officers that a masked suspect entered the business at approximately 10:30 pm and ordered them to retrieve an undisclosed amount of money from the cash registers.
The suspect is described as a black male wearing a blue medical mask covering his face with a grey hoodie and black shorts. The gun was described as a revolver type weapon. The suspect left the business traveling southward into the Bruce Community.
