Paris, Tenn.–The Atkins-Porter Neighborhood in Paris is an especially spooky place to be this Halloween and the spookiest spot of all –as it usually is every year– is at the corner of Dunlap and Jackson Streets. Annette Douglas has added even more spooky inflatables to her front yard for this Halloween (giant spiders, giant ghouls, pumpkins to name a few) and promises even more to come.
