
Murray, Ky.–A juvenile has been charged after a 19-year-old was shot at the McDonald’s in Murray.
The victim, a 19-year-old from Dyer, Tenn., was is being treated at the Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital for his injuries.
The incident occured at 1:30 a.m. October 24. When Murray Police arrived at McDonald’s on the shots fired call, the suspect said the discharge of the firearm was accidental.
The suspect is charged with Wanton Endangerment, Minor in Possession of a Firearm, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. It is anticipated the Wanton Endangerment charge will be upgraded to an Assault 1st charge. Juvenile was transported to McCracken County Juvenile Detention Center.
