
Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is moving right along. A whopping $11,082 was raised today, bringing the year-to-date total at $51,672.
Items today were donated by Security Bank and White and Associates Wimberley Agency. Auctioneer was Andy Collins. Items auctioned off today ran the gamut from casseroles and baked goods to golf lessons.
Wednesday’s items will be donated by Kroger, the Henry County Prevention Coalition, the Jones Mill/Hico Community, and Charter Senior Living. Auctioneer will be Jamie Orr.
The annual auction started on Monday and will continue through March 2, raising funds for over 80 local non-profit and service organizations.
Photos of items that are donated each day are posted on the “Henry County Helping Hand” Facebook page. Anyone who wants to bid on any item can describe the item or give the number of the item as posted on the Facebook page.
The auction is broadcast daily over WTPR 101.7 FM and 710 AM at 12:30 p.m. You can also listen on our website at www.radionwtn.com, where it is live streamed.
