Paris, Tenn.–Two men were bound over to the Henry County Grand Jury during hearings Friday and Monday.
A former Henry County Jailer was bound over on charges of sexual contact with an inmate and sexual battery by an authority figure. Another man, also from Paris, was charged with sexual battery by an authority figure.
As reported previously, Richard Wade Sanders, age 21, of Paris, was arrested on charges of having sexual contact with a female inmate and making sexual advances to a female inmate.
He was fired by Sheriff Josh Frey following an internal investigation and the TBI was also called in to investigate.
En Lin, age 40, of Paris, was bound over to the Grand Jury on a charge of sexual battery by an authority figure.
The cases of both men are now in Henry County Circuit Court. The Grand Jury meets March 7.
