Dresden, Tenn.–Weakley County Mayor Jake Bynum announced this morning the Weakley County Courthouse is without power and all county government offices will be closed today.
Bynum said, “I have to start by thanking all the employees at WCMES that have worked non-stop restoring power in Weakley County! I have driven around the county this morning, and there are still problematic areas. If traveling today, please use caution.
“The Weakley County Courthouse does not currently have power. Due to this fact, all Weakley County offices will be closed on February 4, 2022. We look forward to serving you Monday morning!
“Remember to stay warm, check on your loved ones, and be in prayer for each other.”
