
Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Historical Society President David Webb displays a portrait of former Tennessee Governor James A. Porter that has been donated to the Paris-Henry County Heritage Center. Porter was a Paris attorney who was governor from 1875-1879. The portrait was painted by Joe Routon. Thursday night’s meeting was Show & Tell Night and several members brought artifacts, including Bill Harber, who brought a map of Camp Tyson, and Webb, who brought an original blueprint from 1941.
