Memphis, Tenn.–Tennessee Governor Bill Lee met with heroes from the Tennessee Highway Patrol who helped stop the suspect who killed four people and wounded three in an hours-long rampage in the city. 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly is being held without bond in the killings. Governor Lee said today, “On Wednesday, Tennessee Highway Patrol Strike Teams mobilized to stop a ruthless killing spree & bring the violent criminal to justice. 27 troopers from West TN rushed to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with local law enforcement.
