McKenzie, Tenn.–A fire started by an electric wall heater caused heavy damage to one side of a duplex in McKenzie early this morning.
McKenzie Fire & Rescue was called to 525 Forrest Ave. at 6:30 a.m. today, finding fire in the wall of a bedroom. Heavy fire and smoke damage was caused to one bedroom, as well as the wall between the room and the bathroom.
