Helping Hand Now At $37,392 On Fourth Day

Paris, Tenn.–The total raised in this year’s Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction has risen to $37,392 on the fourth day of the annual auction. Each year, the auction raises thousands of dollars for over 80 non-profit and public service organizations.

On Thursday, $2,690 was raised by Paris Quota, Carey Counseling, Downtown Paris Association and REL Asphalt and Seal Coating with 15 slates of items donated.
Thursday’s auctioneer was Noel Hatman and Quota members manned the phones.
Looking ahead, Friday’s items will be donated by the Osage/Airport community, Party Bounce & Jump, Paris Rotary and the Paris PI. On Saturday, items will be donated by the Pleasant Hill community for a day auction.
The auction runs for two months, ending on March 1.

Drop off items and the Paris Convention Center between 7-9 p.m. The auction starts at 12:30 p.m. daily and noon on Satudays. To bid, call 644 1695.
